Derived from cell line and fragmented to mimic ctDNA, ctDNA MRD Panel Mix covers common genes related to tumor targeted therapy and contains 37 hotspot mutations. 4 gradients of variant allele frequency, including 0%, 0.005%，0.05% and 0.5%, are accurately quantified by digital PCR to determine the limit of detection for MRD testing. In addition, the variants are further verified by the Illumina TruSight™ Oncology 500 ctDNA panel for users' reference.
