| Background and Introduction

The gDNA standard for myeloid hematoma is a highly complex standard covering both SNV and Indel  mutation types, including 15 mutations with a mutation frequency of 5%. The product contains the  common mutation FLT3 Internal tandem repeats (FLT3-ITDs), which inserts repeats for 300bp to simulate mutations in real clinical samples. At the same time, it covers 7 high-frequency mutation sites with  a mutation frequency of 10%-60%, supporting the process verification of high-frequency mutation sites.
