| Introduction

GeneWell has developed several multiplex and single plex genomic DNA (gDNA) reference Standards related with solid tumours. These reference standards are all cell line derived to mimic clinical samples and precisely verified for copy numbers and allele frequencies via ddPCR. They are ideal materials that used for the development, validation and implementation of assays for cancer companion diagnostics, treatment monitoring, medicine selection guide and patient stratification.

● All GeneWell gDNA reference standards are derived from cell lines to precisely replicate clinical samples. 
● The variants included in our standards are selected based on their relevance to  clinical applications and their association with cancer. 
● The variants and corresponding allelic frequencies are well characterised and have been thoroughly validated on multiple platforms. ● Our standards are accompanied by a genetically matched wild type reference material as negative control.
