PancancerLight 800 gDNA Reference Standard is a well-characterised, cell line-derived Reference Standard containing more than 720 variants across 330 key cancer genes. This includes 450 variants with a COSMIC ID. Variants are present between 1-100% allelic frequency (AF), with 52 variants present at ≤ 20% AF for LOD determination of your assay. Every batch of PancancerLight 800 gDNA has 16 variants confirmed by ddPCR, in addition to being fully exome sequenced at 500x coverage using Illumina sequencing.
